Black & Bleu Cheese Dressing Recipe
2 to 2 1/2 cups
- 2 oz. Bleu Cheese Dip & Dressing (or a scant 1/2 cup)
- 2 tsp. Cook County Charcoal Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles, optional to taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. white vinegar
Add all Savory items to cart
Replace the mayonnaise with sour cream for a tasty dip version of this dressing.
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine thoroughly. Transfer to a sealed container and chill until ready to serve.
Serve as a dressing for an iceberg wedge salad with bacon, blue cheese, chives and tomatoes or red bell peppers. Use as a sauce for your favorite wings. Delicious as a topping on our Great Plains 4B Bison Burger or as a dipping sauce for our Santa Maria Steak & Potato Skewers.
