Breakfast Turkey Hash Recipe
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Frying Pan Pork Sausage Spice
- 1 tsp. Rubbed Sage
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1½ cups peeled, chopped sweet potato
- 1/2 cup water
Add all Savory items to cart
Mix turkey with Frying Pan Pork Sausage Spice and sage. Cover mixture and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and onions and cook for about 5 to 7 min. Add sweet potatoes and water. Cover and cook for about 8 to 10 more min., stirring occasionally.
You can eat this by itself or serve it with eggs for a great breakfast treat.
