Brooklyn Everything Cold Soba Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 5 tsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. sugar

For noodle salad:
- 8 oz. soba buckwheat noodles
- 1/2 cup frozen edamame, defrosted
- 1/2 cup carrot, peeled
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
Add all Savory items to cart
NOTES
Monitor the soba noodles while the cook as they are prone to boil over.
DIRECTIONS
Combine all dressing ingredients. Prepare soba noodles according to package directions and chill in ice water. Cut carrots into matchsticks, and bell pepper into thin strips. Add vegetables and drained soba noodles to dressing. Toss and enjoy.
