A bright cold noodle salad, highlighted by our Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend.

INGREDIENTS
  • For dressing:

  • 3 Tbsp. Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 5 tsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • For noodle salad:

  • 8 oz. soba buckwheat noodles
  • 1/2 cup frozen edamame, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup carrot, peeled
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper

NOTES

Monitor the soba noodles while the cook as they are prone to boil over.



DIRECTIONS

Combine all dressing ingredients. Prepare soba noodles according to package directions and chill in ice water. Cut carrots into matchsticks, and bell pepper into thin strips. Add vegetables and drained soba noodles to dressing. Toss and enjoy.
