Makes enough marinade for about 1 to 2 pounds of protein or 3 to 4 cups chopped/sliced veggies.



DIRECTIONS

Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over your favorite protein (chicken, pork, tofu, shrimp, and fish work well) or veggies (zucchini, squash, onions, asparagus, and green beans work well) to coat. Refrigerate protein or veggies for 1 to 2 hours before removing from marinade and cooking.
