I love this whipped cream! We topped our sweet potato waffles with it, and it made for an impeccable Thanksgiving morning. Much to our surprise, when trying to experiment, the whipped cream recipe was blown out of the water by the mere addition of finely ground Lampong peppercorns (1/4-1/2tsp). The gentle bite, and the subtle warmth compliments the cardamom's cooling taste. If you only try one new thing this year, make it the adventurous dash of pepper.
