Caribbean Butter Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Jamaican Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Cut softened butter into small cubes and place into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Transfer seasoned butter onto a piece of plastic wrap. Form into a log about 1 1/4 inches in diameter, twist ends of plastic wrap to seal and refrigerate to harden, about 2 hours. (The seasoned butter can also be placed in a ramekin or other small bowl and covered with plastic wrap to harden in refrigerator.)
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Use as a spread for breads or in place of butter in baking. We use it to butter the buns for our Bajan “TNT” Burger.
