Caribbean Style All-Purpose Glaze Recipe

- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste (optional)

Choose one of these salt-free seasonings:
- 2 Tbsp. Barrier Reef Caribbean Mix
- 2 Tbsp. California Citrus Rub
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients plus choice of seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently with a whisk until reduced by about a third, creating a thick sauce. Brush cooled glaze on chicken, fish or red meat while grilling, basting frequently.
