Directions

Place all ingredients plus choice of seasoning in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently with a whisk until reduced by about a third, creating a thick sauce. Brush cooled glaze on chicken, fish or red meat while grilling, basting frequently.

Delicious. Much sweeter than I thought it would be. We used it on tilapia. I did not have the time to allow it to completely thicken, but it was still good and easy to make. Would definitely make again.
