Carolina Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Cape Hatteras Smoky Seafood Rub
- 2 Tbsp. Freeze Dried Chives
- 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Add all Savory items to cart
Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Seal, shake until well combined and serve.
Delicious on a spinach salad with goat cheese, as a dairy-free dressing for potato salad or drizzled over grilled shrimp or scallops. Store in refrigerator and use within a week. Let dressing come to room temperature before serving.
