- 1 oz. California Paprika
- 0.94 oz. Dill Seeds
- 0.94 oz. Dutch Blue Poppy Seeds
- 0.94 oz. La Baleine Fine French Sea Salt
- 0.31 oz. Granulated Toasted Onion
- 0.05 oz. Celery Seeds
- 0.04 oz. Parsley

NOTES
Not only does Castle Peak have great flavor, but it adds a beautiful amber color to dishes that makes them stand out. We handcraft this blend by mixing together Parmesan cheese, toasted and white sesame seeds, California paprika, dill seeds, poppy seeds, salt, toasted onion, celery seeds, garlic and parsley. This can be used in omelets, potatoes, sprinkled on salads and vegetables. Try using this instead of ordinary parmesan to make chicken parmesan or to enhance any pasta dish. For a creamy dressing, mix 2-3 tbsp. Castle Peak with 1 cup sour cream or yogurt.
