Recipe: Cherry Creek Lemon Dill Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Cherry Creek Seafood Seasoning
- 1 pinch salt
*You can replace the cornstarch with 1 Tbsp. flour.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in cornstarch (or flour) until it forms into a paste. Slowly pour in milk and add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 to 3 min., stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 min.
Great on fish, chicken and vegetables.
