Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat rinsed chickpeas with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet and spread chickpeas evenly. Agitate chickpeas to distribute olive oil evenly over the surface, season with Chook Salt and agitate again to distribute seasoning. Roast for 45 min., occasionally shake the pan to rotate chickpeas and avoid over-browning. Let cool before enjoying.
