Cinnamon Streusel Creamer Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Bean Sugar*
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. Saigon Cinnamon Chips
- 1 cup half and half
Add all Savory items to cart
NOTES
*You can use granulated sugar plus 1 vanilla bean (sliced open and seeds scraped) in place of Vanilla Bean Sugar.
DIRECTIONS
Whisk vanilla sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Add cinnamon chips and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let mixture steep for about 20 min. Strain and pour syrup into a jar. Once completely cool, top with half and half then seal the jar. Shake to mix well. Store in refrigerator and use by expiration date on half and half container. Shake before each use.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Use to sweeten coffee or tea. Makes a great holiday hostess gift.
