Cinnamon Sugar Almonds Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups almonds
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. extract of choice:
- Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- Natural Maple Extract
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place almonds in a small baking dish and bake for 10 min. Set toasted almonds aside. Bring maple syrup, water, oil, and extract of choice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and add toasted almonds. Cook for 2 to 3 min., stirring frequently, until the liquid evaporates. Remove pan from heat and toss in Cinnamon Sugar and salt. Stir until nuts are well coated with sugar. Pour nuts out onto a piece of parchment or wax paper to cool. Let cool completely before enjoying. Store in an airtight container.
