Cinnamon Syrup Recipe
About 3 cups (1 cup of each flavor)
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 11 4" Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. Pure Tahitian Vanilla Extract

Bring water, sugar, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Turn heat down to a bubbling simmer; cook for 30 min. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove the cinnamon sticks and strain to remove any remaining debris (cinnamon is tree bark after all). Add vanilla and enjoy.
