INGREDIENTS
  • For Coleslaw:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Blend
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups pre-shredded coleslaw mix
  • For burgers:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Coastal Cali Fennel Pollen Rub
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil for pan frying
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS

For coleslaw: Mix mayonnaise, cilantro, basil, Parmesan, Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Blend, lime juice, and garlic in a food processor and blend until creamy. Toss coleslaw mix with dressing until fully coated.

For burger: Combine water and oats. Microwave for 2 min., or until water is absorbed, allow to cool. Meanwhile, smash cannellini beans into a chunky paste. Combine remaining ingredients with beans and divide into four patties. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Cook patties in pan for about 5 min. per side, or until golden brown.
