Recipe: County Clare Butter
A versatile compund butter that can add complexity to vegetables or your favorite protien.
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. County Clare Seasoning Salt
This recipe is also delicious with Capitol Hill Seasoning in place of County Clare.
In small bowl, whip butter until soft. Add County Clare Seasoning Salt and blend until well combined.
Makes the perfect accompaniment to our Irish Soda Bread. Also delicious on your favorite biscuits and rolls or as a topping for grilled steak, potatoes, corn or mushrooms.
