Dragon Butter Recipe

- 1 Tbsp. Saffron Salt*
- 1 Tbsp. Portuguese Fermented Chile Flakes
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder
- 1 tsp. Fine Black Malabar Pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Add all Savory items to cart

Combine all dry spices in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan and add butter. Heat mixture until butter is melted.
Use on freshly popped popcorn. Drizzle over steak or seafood like lobster, salmon, shrimp, clams, mussels.
