Easy Rubbed Ribs Recipe

This recipe will work with any of your favorite BBQ-inspired seasonings.
Remove membrane (the thin skin on the bone side of the rack) from ribs. Cut rack in half, place in a 5-quart stock pot and cover with water. Add Shrimp & Crab Boil to pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and parboil ribs for 45 min. Remove ribs from liquid and set on foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle each rack half with a bit of the oil then rub generously with your choice of seasoning. Finish under a broiler or on a medium-high heat grill for about 10 min., with the meat side of the racks facing the heat source.
