Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders Recipe

- 2 lbs. chicken tenders*
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
- Canola or vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
Add all Savory items to cart
*If you can't find chicken tenders, substitute chicken breasts and cut into thick strips.
In a large pot, heat 2 to 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees. Set out the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in separate wide bowls. Stir bagel blend into bread crumbs. Coat tenders with flour, then eggs, then seasoned bread crumbs and set strips on a sheet tray until ready to fry. Working in batches, gently lower breaded chicken into hot oil and fry for 2 to 3 min., or until golden brown. Set on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired.
Serve with Southern Gold Barbecue Sauce or your favorite condiment.
