Everything Bagel Egg Salad Recipe

- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, diced small
- 2 Tbsp. Brooklyn Everything Bagel Blend
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Coarse Black Malabar Pepper, to taste
Add all Savory items to cart
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Gently lower eggs into boiling water and cook for 10 to 11 min. (or 12 to 13 min. for high altitude). Drain eggs and immediately lower into ice water or run under cold water. Peel the eggs when they are cooled enough to handle. Place all the peeled eggs in a medium bowl and gently break them apart with your hands or a whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients and add black pepper to taste. Serve cold.
