Recipe: Georgia Peach Whip
Ripe summer fruit and cool creaminess collide in this decadently refreshing treat.
In a blender or food processor, whip cream cheese (or yogurt) until soft. Add pureed peaches (or apricots), Georgia Peach Spice to taste, and extract (if using). Blend until ingredients are just combined. Transfer to a container and chill until ready to use.
Serve as a dip for fruit and cookies. Spread on toast, bagels, scones, crepes, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and pound cake.
