Gluten-Free Meatloaf Recipe

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup gluten-free oats (like Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats)
- 1 Tbsp. Longs Peak Pork Chop Spice
- 1/2 tsp. Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- Ketchup (optional)
Add all Savory items to cart
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, milk, oats, spice, salt, grated onion, and minced celery. Mix in ground beef. Place in greased 9x9-inch pan or loaf pan. If using ketchup, brush it along the top or make a shallow well along the middle of the meatloaf and pour the ketchup in. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Drain any grease, slice and serve.
Serve with ketchup, brown gravy, or your favorite sauce.
