INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 6 cups miniature marshmallows (10 oz. bag)
- 2 tsp. Saffron Salt*
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup Freeze-Dried Corn (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp. of Saffron Salt. Fold cereal into mixture until evenly coated. Spread mix evenly in the prepared pan using a buttered spatula. If using chocolate chips or corn, sprinkle on top of bars along with remaining tsp. of Saffron Salt and press gently with a spatula. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
