NOTES
If you have a bigger or smaller ham, use about 1 tsp. of Golden Maple Dry Glaze for every lb. of ham.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Score the skin of ham with 1/4-inch deep cuts in a diamond pattern. Using a basting brush, brush ham with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Sprinkle Golden Maple Dry Glaze over the entire surface of the ham, use a basting brush to distribute seasoning evenly. Set ham in a roasting pan with a rack and pour one cup of water into the base of the pan. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil from roasting pan and baste the ham with juices from the pan. Continue baking, uncovered, and baste every 30 min. until ham reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Remove from oven and baste with any remaining pan juices. Allow to rest for 15 min. before carving.
