Recipe: Grenadine-Infused Cream Cheese Frosting
Nothing could make cream cheese frosting better... except maybe flavors of vanilla and sweet pomegranate!
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. Pure Tahitian Vanilla Extract
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 Tbsp. Vanilla Bean-Grenadine Simple Syrup*

Cream together butter and cream cheese in an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar in a few batches and mix at medium speed until smooth and free of any lumps. Add vanilla, lemon juice and syrup and mix until well combined. Spread or pipe the frosting onto cake, cookies or cupcakes.
