Herbes de Provence Quick Pickles Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 English cucumber, cut into coins or spears
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp. Herbes de Provence Seasoning Salt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Split cucumber pieces between 2 pint jars. In a medium bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until honey and salt is totally dissolved. Top up the jars with liquid, lid, and refrigerate for at least an hour before enjoying. Will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Use the brine mixture to quick pickle your favorite vegetables like carrots, peppers, or onions.
