Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Marinade Recipe

- 2 to 4 Tbsp. Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Blend
- 4 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Add all Savory items to cart
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate up to 1 pound of your favorite protein for several hours or up to overnight depending on what you’re marinating.
Works great for chicken, fish, shrimp, pork or vegetables. Using 4 Tbsp. seasoning yields a stronger flavored, paste-like marinade that can also be used as a topping or dip for the cooked protein. Use to season your favorite side dishes, e.g. try adding it to the water when cooking rice or tossing it with steamed or grilled veggies.
