This hearty marinade features cracked coriander and caraway seeds as well as rosemary and thyme. It's hearty enough for beef but adds great flavor to chicken or pork as well.

NOTES

Makes enough marinade for 2 to 4 pounds of steak, using ¼ to ½ cup of marinade per pound. Marinade also works well for for chicken or pork.



DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your favorite protein for at least 20 to 30 min.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked steak.
