Recipe: Hudson Bay Steak Butter
Great on a steak or a loaf of bread. An easy way to take your meal to the next level.
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp. Hudson Bay Beef Spice
Combine butter and Hudson Bay. Use immediately or spoon onto a piece of wax paper, roll up into a log, and chill. Cut slices from the log when ready to use. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Use on any seared or grilled meats or brush onto bread before toasting in the oven.
