Indochina is an area of Southeast Asia comprised of Cambodia, Laos, Peninsular Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We carefully handcraft our complex Indochina blend from white sesame seeds, ginger, lemon peel, turmeric, black sesame seeds, garlic, galangal, coriander, salt, cilantro, onion, white pepper, lemongrass, red Thai chiles and parsley. This flavor-packed blend is filled with spices used in the cuisine of Indochina. Toss into any stir fry to get authentic flavor. Try seasoning chicken, vegetables, fish or pasta. This blend is about a 3 on a heat scale of 1 to 10.
