Jamaican Jerk Seasoning has a bit of a kick. Makes enough marinade for about 2 pounds of protein.



DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your favorite protein for up to 12 hours.



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked protein.
