We love this simple yet creative use of lavender in a savory application.


YIELD
2 to 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup medium grain sushi rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Lavender

Add all Savory items to cart

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 min. Remove from heat and keep covered for 10 min. Fluff with a fork and serve. Should be sticky!



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve with seared ahi tuna and fresh avocado.
