Lemon Ginger Moonshine Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1/4 cup Honey Powder
- 5 to 7 Dried Markut Lime Leaves
- 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1/4 cup moonshine*

NOTES
*Moonshine is widely available in liquor stores, but vodka will work as a substitute.
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together lemonade and honey powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add lime leaves and ginger and simmer for about 5 min. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature. Strain into a 2-cup sealable jar and stir in moonshine. It’s ready to sip right away, but it gets even better if you chill it for at least 24 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Pour small servings from the jar and sip, or mix with ice and soda water for a refreshing cocktail.
