DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place salmon filet on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush salmon fillet evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle Vermont Maple Herb Dry Rub over the filet. Place baking sheet in the oven and rotate after 10 min., continue cooking an additional 10 min. or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. 



SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Great over a bed of rice and veggies or chilled and served over mixed greens.
