Maple & Herb Veggies Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 2 Tbsp. Golden Maple Dry Glaze
- Salt & pepper, to season
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Dice vegetables into 1/2 inch pieces. Set stove temp to med-high heat, add oil. Once oil is shimmering add sweet potato, squash, and zucchini. Saute vegetables for 10 to 15 min. or until they soften and begin to brown. Turn the heat off and add Maple Herb Glaze to pan. Stir to combine and add salt & pepper, to season. Serve while warm.
