Marinating wings in a mix of yogurt and marmalade spiked with garlic and jalapeno will take your BBQ wings to the next level. The sugar in the marmalade adds a lot of char to the grilled wings, which is what tasters in our test kitchen loved about this dish.

Directions

Place all marinade ingredients (except wings) in food processor and pulse until smooth. Place wings in a food storage bag, pour marinade over wings and stir to coat. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to overnight. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to grill wings. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove wings from marinade mixture, shake off excess marinade from each wing before placing wings on grill. Grill until cooked through, turning frequently to avoid burning, about 15 min. When wings are a few minutes from being done, brush some of the sauce over each side of wings. Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
