DIRECTIONS

Preheat grill or smoker to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, water, and Memphis Rib Rub. Place ribs over indirect heat and cook, covered, for 2 hours or until tender, brushing liberally with vinegar mixture every 20 min. Remove from heat and sprinkle generously with Memphis Rib Rub all over. Rest 5 min., slice, and serve.
