Moroccan French Toast Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp. Marrakech Moroccan Mix
- 6 slices thick-cut dense bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter, plus more if needed
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Heat griddle (or skillet) over low heat. In a wide, shallow bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and Marrakech Moroccan Mix. Soak bread, turning several times to absorb as much of the mixture as possible. Grease the griddle with butter and add bread. Pour any remaining custard over the bread. Cook for about 2 min. per side or until each side is golden brown. Remove from griddle and serve warm.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This recipe is great as is, but would also be nice topped with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or savory items like chili, lamb tagine, or BBQ pork.
