Mt. Massive Steak Marinade Recipe
1/2 to 3/4 cup marinade, enough for 1 to 2 lbs. protein

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup amber beer (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Mt. Massive Steak Seasoning
Add all Savory items to cart
Whisk all ingredients together and pour over steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. (Meanwhile, drink remaining beer!) Remove steak from marinade and cook to desired temperature.
Also great for marinating tofu, eggplant, portobello mushrooms, or pork chops.
