No-Bake Vegan Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups walnut pieces
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Black Onyx Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Ground Ceylon "True" Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste
- 2 tsp. Organic Broken Star Anise, ground
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Chile Powder
- 2 Tbsp. water
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Toast walnuts then grind in a food processor until ground to a meal. Add dried cranberries and dates and process until well combined. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, star anise and cayenne and pulse to combine. Add water so a loose dough forms; if it doesn’t, add more water 1 tsp. at a time. Press dough into a 9x9 inch pan, flatten and cool until firm. Cut into bite size squares.
