No-Cook Coconut Pudding (or Topping) Recipe

- 1 cup Coconut Milk Powder
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. hot water
Place coconut milk powder in a large bowl and add hot water. Whisk quickly until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours, or until chilled.
As a pudding, serve topped with toasted coconut, shaved chocolate, fruit, or Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar. Or use as a topping in place of whipped cream over your favorite fruit or dessert.THANKS TO
