- 3 Tbsp. Oregon Trail Juniper Berry Spice
- 1 Tbsp. Rubbed Sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS
Mix pork, seasoning, sage, and salt until mixture is uniform. Form into palm-sized patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Cook patties for 3 to 4 min. per side, or until well browned and cooked through. Serve warm.
