Parmesan Crisps 3 Ways Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese

Pick one of these seasoning options:

Curry
- 1 1/2 tsp. Rogan Josh
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro

BBQ
- 1 1/2 tsp. TSM KC Style Rub
- 1 Tbsp. Freeze Dried Chives

Chile
- 1 1/2 tsp. Mapuche Style Merken Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican Oregano
Add all Savory items to cart
NOTES
Use an inexpensive Parmesan; the lower fat content is better for baking.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Choose a seasoning option then mix the spices with the Parmesan. Drop by level teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet in little haystacks about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10 to 12 min., turning the baking sheet around halfway through. You can tell they are done when the oil popping on the crisps slows and they are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets before serving. Store in an airtight container.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve as a topping for salads and soups. Makes a great addition to a cheese or snack plate.
