Dry wine and peaches balance perfectly with warmly spiced allspice-bay syrup for an awesome brunch beverage.


  • 1 bottle chilled dry white wine
  • 2/3 cup chilled club soda or seltzer water
  • 2/3 cup Allspice-Bay Simple Syrup*
  • 8 oz. frozen peach slices (about 1 1/2 cups)


For non-alcoholic sangria, use white grape juice instead of white wine. *Click here for the Allspice-Bay Simple Syrup recipe.


Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve over ice if desired, but the frozen peaches help keep the drink chilled. This recipe also works with our Urfa-Cardamom Simple Syrup or Herbes de Provence Simple Syrup.
