Recipe: Peruvian Chile Lime White Bean Hummus
Swap out your standard hummus with this Peruvian-inspired version.
In a food processor, pulse beans, Peruvian Chile Lime, cilantro, scallions, garlic and lime juice until blended. With food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil in a thin stream until desired consistency is reached. Season with additional Peruvian Chile Lime, lime juice and salt to taste.
Great as a dip with pita chips and veggies or as a spread on a quesadilla or sandwich wrap.
