Recipe: Provence Punch
Citrusy and sweet cocktail with hints of thyme and lavendar.
- 1 cup Herbes de Provence Simple Syrup*
- 1 bottle Lillet (French apéritif wine)
- 2 oranges, 1 juiced and 1 thinly sliced
- 2 lemons, 1 juiced and 1 thinly sliced
White wine can be used in place of Lillet, or for a non-alcoholic version, use white grape juice instead Lillet. *Click here for the Herbes de Provence Simple Syrup recipe.
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher and chill.
Serve over ice, making sure to get slices of lemon and orange in each glass. Top with club soda or seltzer water for a slightly fizzy drink.
