Raspberry Jalapeño Jam Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. raspberries
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Aji Amarillo Chile Powder
- Pinch Mayan Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS
In a medium pot, mix all ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Simmer for 12 to 14 min., or until jam has thickened but still flows. Transfer to an airtight container and chill until ready to use.
