Recipe: Red Bell Ranch Coleslaw
Crowd-favorite ranch flavor in a super tangy coleslaw that is perfect to serve as a summer grilling side or topping for sweet barbecue sandwiches.
- 1 Red Bell Ranch Spice n Easy Mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 medium head red cabbage, thinly sliced*
*To save time, use a 16 oz. bag of your favorite coleslaw mix.
In a large bowl, whisk the Red Bell Ranch mix, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and sugar together until smooth. Add cabbage and toss until fully coated. Chill for at least 15 min. before enjoying.
Use as a topping on barbecue pulled pork (or jackfruit) sandwiches or serve as a side to grilled meats.
