Red Rocks Burgers Recipe
YIELD
5 to 7 burgers
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Diced Jalapeño Chiles
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp. Red Rocks Hickory Smoke Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Granulated Onion
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- About 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 5 to 7 hamburger buns
Add all Savory items to cart
DIRECTIONS
Mix cream cheese and jalapenos together and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients (except buns) with ground chuck and make about 5 to 7 patties. Put in the fridge for about 30 min. Preheat grill or cast iron pan and cook patties to desired doneness. Spread cream cheese and jalapeno mixture on the buns. Add patties and desired toppings.

From recipe author: “You can top these burgers with just about anything. I like using a potato bun and adding sautéed mushrooms and onions. You can also stuff the burgers with the jalapeno mixture.”
